He is sought after as an entertaining and informative presenter of tasting events that range from craft beer to wines to single malt Scotch and American whiskies. He is a regular guest instructor in the Kitchenware Outfitters cooking school and has demonstrated cooking techniques at a variety of trade shows and industry showcases.
